POLICY CRITERIA

At CHAMMAQ, we are dedicated to delivering beautifully handcrafted products and ensuring that you enjoy a flawless shopping experience. However, in case of any concern or complaint, customers are requested to follow the timelines mentioned below for smooth processing:

  • 24-Hour Complaints: For issues such as physical damage, missing items, or receiving the wrong product, please report within 24 hours of delivery.

  • 07-Day Complaints: For product quality concerns (e.g., defective beadwork, loose stitching, or accessory faults), complaints must be made within 07 days of delivery.

  • After 07 Days: Complaints received after 07 days will be considered for repair services only and not for replacement or refund.


POLICY EXEMPTIONS

CHAMMAQ products are handcrafted with care, and slight variations in color, size, or design are natural characteristics of handmade items — not considered defects.
Before submitting a claim, please review the following conditions, as they are not covered under warranty:

  • Handmade Variation: Small differences in color tones, bead arrangement, or texture are part of the handmade charm.

  • Product Care: Damage caused by mishandling, exposure to water, perfume, or moisture is not covered.

  • Material Sensitivity: Beads, threads, and embellishments are delicate. Avoid pulling, stretching, or rough usage.

  • Color Fading: Slight dullness or fading may occur over time due to wear, sunlight, or environmental conditions.

  • Decor & Jewelry Safety: Keep products away from children and pets to prevent accidental damage.

  • Allergic Reactions: CHAMMAQ is not liable for any skin allergies, rashes, or irritations caused by materials used in the product.

  • Storage Conditions: Improper storage leading to damage, tangling, or deformation is not eligible for warranty.

If any of the above guidelines are not followed, CHAMMAQ reserves the right to reject the claim.

POLICY GUIDELINES

We aim to make every CHAMMAQ purchase a joyful experience. If you encounter an issue, we will do our best to assist you, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The warranty/claim is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  2. Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) to avail any warranty or claim service.

  3. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product only.

  4. You can register your complaint or claim through our website or by emailing our support team.

  5. Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue online via email, photos, or video verification.

  6. If the product qualifies for repair or replacement, you will be requested to ship it to our service address. Customers are responsible for safely delivering the product to CHAMMAQ.

  7. Delivery for repaired/replacement items will be free of charge.

  8. CHAMMAQ will not be responsible for any damage or delay during transit.

  9. Replacements will be provided for the same or equivalent item, depending on availability.

  10. In case of any price difference, the customer may be required to pay or will receive a refund of the difference before dispatch.

  11. Processing time for replacement or repair may take up to 15–20 working days.

  12. If the original product or color is unavailable, a similar variant may be sent.

POLICY VALIDITY

Your warranty or claim will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear due to regular use.

  • Discoloration, bead loosening, or fading caused by exposure to water, perfume, or sunlight.

  • Issues related to the look or appearance resulting from dust, moisture, or improper storage.

  • Expiry of the warranty period, regardless of product usage.

  • Damages caused by mishandling, falling, pulling, crushing, pets, or children.

  • Damage due to external factors such as humidity, stains, or any incident beyond human control.

  • Any modification, repair, or alteration done by an unauthorized person.
